Last night, we brought back Cooking with Sarah! A couple of weeks ago, as we were planning this, she and I looked through the three Pioneer Woman cookbooks that I have, and she picked "Penne alla Betsy" to make!
First up, sautéing the shrimp.
Then, dicing an onion for the sauce.
Adding heavy cream...the best part!
She loved that it looked like a star!
Next up was to chiffonade the basil.
Bryan and I have taught her that you always taste your food first.
The finished pasta!
It was delicious! Sarah did a great job!
And here's the bread that she made with it! We decided not to make a dessert this time since we still have the cake that J and I made for Daddy!
