3 Months Old!

Jackson is 3 months old today! We can hardly believe it!

3 month old cutie! This is the second time Jack has taken a ride on Daddy's shoulders, and although his face doesn't look like it here, he really does like it!

Jackson loves spending time with Sarah...

...and she loves spending time with him right back!

• He smiles constantly
• He loves watching football with Bryan--he'll get really quiet and just stare at the TV from Daddy's lap!
• He likes looking at the pictures when we read books with Sarah
• He talks all the time
• He loves holding things, then putting them in his mouth!
• He makes us so happy!

Bath Time

Over the past few weeks, Jackson has started liking bath time more. It's still not his favorite, but he no longer cries during it!

While we're bathing him, he usually sucks on his fists. As soon as we wrap him in the towel, he gets the biggest smile on his face!

Family Fun!

Since we came back from vacation early, we decided to make today a family fun day!! We went to an outdoor mall a few minutes away from our house and really enjoyed spending time all together!

Afterwards, we got ice cream and enjoyed the cool weather outside.

Beach Trip!

Friday afternoon, we picked Sarah up from school and headed for Port Aransas. We've been to the beach almost every year since Sarah could walk, but this time was a little different...it rained almost the whole time we were there! We tried to make the most of it, but we ended up coming home a day early because we were going stir crazy in the condo we rented. Anywho, here are some pictures:

2 Month Check-Up

This morning, Bryan and I took Jackson to his 2 month check-up. (Bryan was post call today and was able to get about 6 hours of sleep last night at the hospital, so luckily, he was able to go!) Jack weighs 10 pounds, 6 ounces--which is 3 pounds over his birth weight! He is also 2.25 inches taller than he was at birth--he is now 22.75 inches in length. He's growing like a weed, I tell ya! Jackson also got his vaccinations today, and cried while he was getting the shots, but was good to go once we picked him up!

Hi, my name is Jackson, and I'm adorable! Now you see my blue eyes... ...now you don't! These are my new sunglasses for our trip to the beach next week!
