Slumber Party and Date Night

Last night, Sarah was invited to her first ever slumber party!  It was a birthday party for one of her best friends, and she could not wait!

We went to Firehouse Subs and then out for gelato.  We had a great time!

Cannoli

A few nights ago, we had Italian food for dinner. I made tortellini with homemade meat sauce, a big spinach salad, and cannoli for dessert, (we bought the shells, but I made the filling from scratch). So after eating all of his dinner, Jackson was treated to his first cannoli!

Not sure what it is... ...but it's yummy!

Outside Fun!

Sarah's favorite thing to do is spin around on the tire swing that Daddy built!

After I pushed her on the swing, we played a lot of soccer in preparation for this week's game, so I didn't get any other pictures of just Sarah in them!

Sarah also loves pushing Jackson, so I wanted to take pictures of that. They're not the clearest shots, because they're in motion, but they crack me up!

Look at how high he is!! He just laughs the whole time!

Bath Time

When Jackson was a baby, he hated bath time. Other then when we washed his hair, he cried the whole time! Now, he loves it!

After Jack takes long baths full of playing with his toys and splashing in the water, he notices that his fingers are wrinkly. He'll inspect them the whole time we're drying him off because he knows that's not how they're supposed to look! The first time he saw them like this a few months ago, he thought it was a boo-boo, so he had me kiss his fingers to make them all better!
