Jackson's Birthday!

On Tuesday, we celebrated Jackson's 7th birthday!

We started with his birthday meal pick--which was stuffed French toast because it's Sissy's favorite!

Then, that evening, we gave him his presents!  After he opened the card from Daddy and Mommy, he ran over and gave both of us huge hugs!  He's just the sweetest!

He got lots of Star Wars goodies!

Then, Papa Bear brought in his new bike!

These pictures are blurry because he's running, but I just love them!

He's getting too big for his current bike--that was his gift on his 4th birthday--so we thought it was time for a new one!

He's too cute!

He's making noises here!

This is when we were singing him "Happy Birthday!"

Happy Birthday, Jackson!  We love you so!

Happy Birthday, Jackson!

7 years ago today, God blessed us with our little Jackson Henry!  He was 7 pounds and 6 ounces of perfection!  And even though he's 7, he will always be our baby!

Being Together

This vacation was probably one of my favorite ones ever!  We spent so much quality time together.  We laughed like crazy and just really enjoyed each others' company!

We played a ton of card games!  Some of them got pretty heated, and it was hilarious!

My favorite!

One night while it was raining, we set up the ipad and watched a family movie together.

We all just had the best time!

WWII Museum

Wednesday, we went to the World War II Museum.  Since it was pouring that day, it was the perfect thing to do!

The first thing you do when you get there is ride a train!

The boys LOVED the museum!!

I just loved watching them experience everything together!

New Orleans

Monday morning, we drove into New Orleans.

Our first stop--CafĂ© du Monde.  It was delicious!

I love how he has powdered sugar everywhere!

After eating way too many beignets, we walked around the city.

When you vacation with Pit Bull.

Jackson couldn't wait to visit Jackson Square!

When we went into the St. Louis Cathedral, Jackson wanted to light a candle and pray for everyone!

After doing a ton of walking, we made our way onto the Steamboat Natchez.

Jackson loved the boat ride!
