More Christmas

The day after Christmas, my family came over to celebrate!

Jackson was thrilled when he opened his Paw Patroller!

Sarah got some beautiful jewelry from Aunt Hillary!

These kiddos had a great Christmas--three times over!

Christmas Day

After Christmas morning at our house, we went to Bryan's parents' house for round two!

The kids were pretty excited about their second Christmas!

Jackson loved his big Chase!

I love this one of Sarah helping Jackson!

Love!

Christmas

On Christmas morning, Bryan and I woke up early and had coffee together.  It was so nice and peaceful.  Then, just as we were about to go upstairs to wake the kids up--because it was almost 7:30, and they were still sleeping!--we heard Jackson jump out of his bed, shriek, and scurry to his door!  We told him "Merry Christmas!" and then asked him to wake up Sarah Bear.  He went into her room and whispered, "Merry Christmas, Sister!"  It was the sweetest thing ever!

Jackson flipped out when he saw his presents from Santa!

His robe kills me!

Sarah Bear loves tea and coffee, so I made her this basket full of goodies!  She loved it!

They both got light sabers!

Sarah's been wanting them for awhile, so she was so excited!

Bryan and I had so much fun watching them play together (fight each other)!

We got Jackson a talking Darth Vader mask, because Darth Vader is his "favorite bad guy!"

Sarah loved getting the camera and Harry Potter book she asked for!

Bryan and I just loved watching their sweet faces light up all morning!

Sometimes even Darth Vader needs help from his father!

The best!

All morning, they would open gifts, and then one would ask the other, "Do you want to play light sabers again?!"  They are just the best of friends!

Sweet boy!

This was Sarah's favorite gift!!

Sarah loves music, so she was pretty excited about her new ipod!

They are the cutest!

After gifts, I showed Jackson that Santa ate all of his cookies!

Then, it was time to sing "Happy Birthday" to Jesus!  We always want them to remember that Jesus is the only reason we celebrate Christmas, so baking a birthday cake for Him and having it on Christmas morning, is my very favorite tradition!

As Daddy was coming with the knife, Jackson was digging into the frosting and cracking his Sissy up!  She thinks he's so funny, so I love that I just happened to capture this!

One more ride on his scooter before getting dressed!

All morning, the kids were so excited and so appreciate for everything!  We just had the best time watching them!  Their joy was truly contagious!
