Sarah Found Her Dress!

15 years ago, as Sarah and I were picking up our bridesmaid dresses for Bryan's sister's wedding, she said, "Mommy, take a picture of me with this wedding dress!  This is the dress I want when I get married!"  Yesterday, she picked out her wedding dress!

Sarah with 3 of her 4 bridesmaids, (1 is out of state currently), her future mother-in-law, and her proud Mama!  We were all so thrilled to be part of her special day, and we can't wait to continue to celebrate her!

Sarah's Graduation!

On Friday, our baby graduated college!

Look at her!  I swear, it was just yesterday that she was walking in to her kindergarten classroom!

On Saturday, we went to the university-wide commencement held at the UT stadium!

This is one of my favorites from the whole day--a candid shot of her laughing because it was so windy!

We'd never been to the Longhorn stadium...and after 4 years, this is only the second time Sarah has been!

Cheering on our Sarah!

It was the biggest commencement the university has ever had!

After the ceremony, we finally found our graduate!

We exchanged so many hugs and congratulations!

We are beyond proud of our baby girl!

Way to Go, Sarah!

Yesterday, was her last day of school.  In 2 weeks, she'll walk across the stage and graduate with a 4.0.  In June, she'll begin her career.

As always, we are beyond proud of her!  And, as always, we are reminding ourselves not to blink.

Happy 22nd Birthday, Sarah!

22 years ago today, God blessed us with our baby girl.  It has been one of the greatest joys of our lives watching her grow into the beautiful and amazing woman she is.

And even though she's 22 today, she will always be our baby.

Senior Year

First day of senior year or college.

Which is crazy, because I swear, it was just yesterday that she was starting kindergarten.  Her Princess backpack was as big as she was, and she didn’t have time to have her picture taken because she wanted to be extra early to school.  I don’t know how she got so old so fast, but I do know that we are so proud of her!
