After three years of hard work, Bryan was finally up for partnership with his anesthesia group. So this morning at their monthly meeting, he had to give a little speech highlighting his accomplishments since he's been with the group and why he wants to become a partner. Then, all of the other 60 or so partners voted on whether they wanted him to become a partner too. He's been pretty nervous about it, but I knew he was going to make partner!
Jackson was so sure he was going to "win partner" too, so he made him a congratulatory card the other day and hid it in his bedroom! Notice the "hooray!" When the phone rang this evening with the president of the group calling to let Bryan know, J ran up to his room to get the card! Papa Bear loved it!
This morning while Daddy was at his meeting--and Sissy was at a sleepover--Jackson and I made Daddy a cake!
As with everything Papa Bear does, he's worked really hard, and we are all so stinkin' proud of him! He's an amazing anesthesiologist, and he's going to be an amazing partner too!
