Baking with My Baby

Wednesday morning, after we got home from Bible study, Jackson and I baked some pumpkin bread!

It wasn't long after I plopped him on the counter that he got flour all over himself!

Look at how cute!

He always loves helping me, and I love having him in the kitchen.

13 Years!

Yesterday marked 13 years since the day Bryan asked me to be his girlfriend back in high school!  11 and a half years of marriage and 2 kids later, he still gives me butterflies!

This is us getting ready for prom, and it's one of my all time favorite pictures!

To mark our anniversary, we went to Schlotzsky's--which is where we had our first date--with the kids for dinner!

First Day of School!

Today was Jackson's first day of Pre-K!  We can't believe he's that old!  He's going to the preschool at our church for the second year, and he just loves it there!  He was so excited to get to school and spend the day with his new teachers, Ms. Jennifer and Ms. Amy and all of his friends!

Goodness, he's the cutest!

I can't get over how big he looks in this picture!

Since this was his second year going to school, it wasn't as hard leaving him today, but my Mommy heart was still sad, and I couldn't wait to pick him up this afternoon!

I wrote him a little note for his lunchbox using only words he could read--and then he asked where Sarah's name was...so I went back and signed her name!

After school, we went out for our traditional first day treat!

A Lovely Day

Bryan has been on call at a hospital an hour away since Friday.  As of this morning, he didn't have any cases scheduled for today, so the kids and I drove out to have lunch with him.  After we ate, we went to a sweet little park and had so much fun!

I hope she never gets too big to go on a slide!

He obviously doesn't think he's too big yet!

I swear, I have 3 children!

Jackson was so worried about falling in the pond, that he made me hold him really tight!

I love these three!

He's my always and forever.

This is Jack's "angry giant" face!

More "angry giant" face!

Jackson asked Daddy to push him on the swings, and it brought back so many sweet memories of when he was even smaller...thus causing me to take far too many pictures!

Can you blame me though?!  Look at that face!

Love!

We love watching them play together!

They're my favorites!
