Vail

We finally made it to Vail Monday evening.  We rented a condo, which we prefer those and houses to hotels, so that the kids can each have their own bedrooms, we can have a kitchen, and there is just plenty of space.

After getting settled in, we walked around town and made our way to the cutest homemade ice cream shop.

Vail was beautiful.

Jackson was too tired to walk back to our house...luckily, Sissy is the best.

A Cute Little Town

A couple of our best friends told us about this great pizza place, so after Garden of the Gods, we stopped there.  The pizza shop was in the cutest little town, so we walked around for a bit after we ate.

The boys usually complain about taking pictures, but I didn't hear any grumbling when I asked for a picture of them in front of a canon.

Garden of the Gods

On our way from Colorado Springs to Vail, we stopped off at Garden of the Gods.  It was amazing!  It's easily one of the best things we've ever experienced while on vacation...or ever!

He's just like his Daddy...he likes to read all the things.

Yes, I set up the tripod.  Yes, I have no shame.

I accidentally changed the number of pictures the camera automatically took from 2 to 10, and the next few shots cracked me up!

Jackson loved this part where you could go inside the rocks!

He thought climbing was so much fun!

This is one of my favorite pictures of the whole trip!

My two babies...on top of the world!

Bryan took this with his phone right after he and Jackson had made it to a really high point together!

So, Sarah Bear and I did the same!

Cutie!

Two cuties!

A fellow Aggie came along, offered to take our picture, then noticed all of our Aggie attire!  This place was one of our very favorites!
