Fishing with Grampy

Bryan's parents came over with dinner on Sunday evening.  Before and after we ate Grampy's delicious barbeque, he and Jackson went fishing.

 

It was so sweet watching them together.

Jackson caught 4 fish!  I was so proud of him...and he was pretty proud of himself!

Band Camp

Sarah Bear left for Band Camp yesterday!  It's her first overnight camp, and she was pretty nervous.  It's 6 days and 5 hours away.  They're staying in dorms, taking special classes, and putting on a concert at the end of camp.

 

Last week, I asked her what special meal she wanted me to make for her before leaving.  She chose chicken fajitas and rice pudding!  A weird combo, but it was her choice!

I baked her chocolate chip cookies--her favorite--and we each wrote her little cards, one to open each day of camp.  Jackson's card was my favorite!

We miss her already, and we can't wait until she gets back!

Aunt Hillary and Uncle Logan's Wedding

Saturday, my sister got married!  We love Aunt Hillary and Uncle Logan, and we could not be happier for them!  They asked each of us to be a part of their special day!  Sarah was a bridesmaid, Jackson was the ring bearer, Bryan was an usher and gave them Hill and Logan the rings (he almost had to officiate the wedding because their original pastor was really sick!), and I was the maid of honor.  We were so honored to be in their beautiful wedding!

A few weeks before her big day, Hill asked me to take some pictures of her in her gorgeous wedding dress!  I was honored!

After all of the special dances, it was time for everyone to join in.  Jackson grabbed the flower girl's hand and led her out onto the dance floor!  It was precious!

It was the most beautiful wedding.  Hillary and Logan's personal vows made me cry.  It was such a perfect day celebrating a perfect couple.  We just love them!
